Facility is nice, but the company is money hungry. The rent went up $10 every year. They claimed that they are keeping up with market. However, other places are cheaper as long as you’re willing to move your stuff. They wanted a 10 day notice for move out. I gave them the 10 day notice. They still charged me an extra week for the storage unit after I moved out because of their clerical issues. Find a company that’s values their customers.

Amazing!! I called Friday and Amanda was so helpful! She set me up right away with our new unit and made sure I had all I needed. We moved in today from another “big brand” that is outrageous and not true climate controlled. Our new unit is so clean, climate controlled, security everywhere and you can even get smart security for your personal unit if you want! Highly recommend this facility, affordable, clean and professional caring staff! A++
