Joey Tran, I never meet this adjuster before because I was at work and my wife end up meeting him, this the second time he came and I was the one that open the door for him, I was surprised it was the same adjuster after he told me, he was very professional, thorough, and personable. He made me feel at ease about my claim. I hope everybody that has to make a claim can have this same type of experience. Thank you! Super nice and neat person and went out of the way on his lunch break to swing by to our house to reinspect because he was 15 minutes away.
