This company is the agent we were given when we purchased our camper in 2019 as Safeco Insurance. We never filed a claim and actually received small incentive checks for not filing claims. We had full coverage and this July 4th week 2023, we pulled our camper out from under our shed to get it ready for a small 4th July vacation and we found damage due to water leakage. Therefore, we filed a claim for damages and we are not sure when it occurred since no water was leaking inside. Our claim was denied so we are cancelling the insurance. So be careful when buying insurance, check reviews and make your decision on which company actually does what it claims to do.

I have now had reason to call on RVIS for extended warranty claims 3 times on my 2007 Tiffin Motor Home. The first time was for an RV refrigerator that failed. The independent shop that I chose to do the work agreed to work with RVIS. However regardless of what RVIS said, they continually changed the requirements to replace the fridge. Second time, they replaced an AC unit and awning motor without issue. Now my washer/dryer has failed. The parts needed to repair are no longer available. The RVIS contact is telling my Tiffin service center that if parts are not available then they will discount the purchase of a replacement washer/dryer by the price of the failed part. Basically they will refund me $20.00 if I chose to purchase a $1200.00 replacement. Should I not choose to purchase a new unit, I can just live with the inoperable appliance. Beware..... this company does NOT function as your insurance provider, but more as a Scam to take your premiums and kiss you goodbye.
