Lousy product, even worse customer service. We purchased a 77" OLED TV August 2025. The first problem was that the volume would randomly increase at ridiculous levels, after a couple of weeks they replaced the motherboard. Not long after that it started doing that again, this time we were able to adjust a setting through the tech support, but the sound quality was never like it should be. A couple of months later, a few days before the Super Bowl it wouldn't turn on, we waited for service for over 3 weeks as they submitted and deleted the repair ticket multiple times before finally submitting the original problem on the ticket to the service tech who arrived with another motherboard, but no power supply which is what was needed. Mind you we called customer service multiple times and struggled with communication with the person on the other end of the line who had English as a second language. We were done waiting on this incompetent company for another week while they got the correct part to the repair company. So we reached out to Costco where we originally purchased it and even though it was passed their 90 day time limit they stepped up and gave us a full refund like Samsung should have. Moving forward we will NEVER buy another Samsung product, but will shop more at Costco. Samsung is one of those companies that forgot that the customer is who keeps them in business, I'm doing my small part to remind them. Buy Samsung at your own peril.

Refrigerator lasted 3 months outside of warranty then quit working. Their “10 year warranty on the compressor” is actually only good for the part only. They tried to send a contractor out and charge me $240+ tax to replace a part under warranty! If you deal with their customer service, good luck. Bunch of people overseas reading from a prompt, zero ability to think. Go with another brand!!!

Never Samsung
Bought a high end dishwasher and it didn't stop giving me surprise in the past four years.
Starting day 1, it didn't clean well. After a few weeks, had to call service and it turned out the water supply to the top rack spray arm was not assembled properly.
One year later, the detergent dispenser stopped working. Another service call.
Three years, started leaking water from under the door. Turned out the rubber sealer under the door reached life cycle and had to be replaced.
Four years, drain hose broke and leaked water and damaged our wood floor.
Obviously many parts don't last. I decide to stop this pain and get another brand.
Don't let me talk about customer service.
