In my personal experience, on multiple occasions I observed one of the partners at this agency speak negatively about her insurance clients in front of unrelated patrons after finishing calls with them. While the calls themselves seemed routine, the commentary afterwards stood out as unprofessional. Clients should feel respected and confident in the discretion of their agent. The fact that this behavior came from a partner at Sandlin Insurance Agency made it feel especially concerning and inappropriate. Professionalism and client trust should be a top priority in any insurance agency, and what I witnessed did not reflect that.
