I brought a cashiers check to pay for my mom’s 2022 Volkswagen atlas from this place 2 months ago. A week after having the vehicle we noticed the horn didn’t work. Fast forward 3 weeks and the car died going down the highway twice. My mother has cancer and is constantly making trips to see her radiologist and oncologist in Galveston. Despite bringing the car to the shop to be evaluated they sent her to Beaumont where Volkswagen told her there was no warranty and there wasn’t anything she could do. This cars check engine light is on and it dies out of the blue with no warning. I called and was transferred to the service manager left a voicemail with a return call number and still haven’t received a call. I think it’s funny how when you pay cash for something they drop all responsibility and are ok with providing cars that have issues like this car. Keep in mind this wasn’t a $10,000 car. My husband bought a used 2017 Ford XLT from Silsbee Ford last summer, and our experience with this dealership since then has been second to none. Since we've been together, we've had a few different vehicles from different dealerships, and Silsbee Ford is by far the top one that has made my husband the happiest! My husband takes care of the logistics of any vehicle purchase in our family, so all I can attest to is my personal experience and interaction with the dealership when I've gone in to pick up or drop off the truck for service or any other maintenance we're having done to it, and everyone there is professional, attentive, and courteous. We already plan on going to Silsbee Ford to get my next vehicle, our 15-year-old son's first vehicle, and our daughter's vehicle when the time comes. In essence, this is our family's go-to auto dealership.
