Second time using South Texas Land and Title, still stellar service. Closing was quick, about 15 minutes, as Jo had everything ready for us. Highly recommend if you need title services.

I called to have a title search done, they took all my information and property information, told me I would have the search in 2.5 weeks. Never heard from them, called, told they were very busy with other projects that were more important than mine. Called again told the same thing and they would check with person doing the search as file was on her desk. Never heard back so four weeks out called and cancelled search on voicemail. They never called back to acknowledge the issue or apologize for lack of service. Would not recommend them unless you have a big project that you are paying a lot for.
