I brought my vintage ’72 Bronco to this shop based on a referral. After paying $900 for service, the vehicle wouldn’t start when I went to leave. The mechanic said he had to reconnect something, which raised some concerns. Once I got it running, the Bronco was smoking heavily and could barely reach 25–30 mph on the drive home.
When I reached out to the shop, I was told I needed a new engine. Rather than returning, I had the vehicle towed to a reputable Bronco specialist an hour away. After a thorough inspection, they confirmed that I did not need a new engine.
Unfortunately, the original shop has refused to refund the $900, despite the fact that the issue was misdiagnosed and the vehicle was returned in worse condition. Communication since then has been dismissive and full of excuses. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

Jessie, took care of me in a jam, I dropped off my car on Thursday afternoon and picked it up on Friday morning. Dee was super sweet and helpful. I will definitely be going back. Good people, good vibrations and a great job!

Jesse was highly recommended by our friend (and great handyman), and I called and asked if they could install the replacement engine shields I had purchased for my car. His assistant said they could, and I drove their this morning, and Jesse told me which bay to enter with my car. He did the job while I waited, and in 20 minutes it was done, and at a very reasonable price. As has been mentioned, the waiting room doesn't have A/C, but it does have shade and free wi-fi. I was happy to wait the short time it took to install my replacement shields and send me on my way. I am very glad to have found this capable, honest, and fair mechanic.
Update (Nov. 27, 2024) Yesterday, we dropped our vehicle off at Jesse's new location, so that he could test drive it and try to find out why there was an intermittent "clicking noise coming from the right rear section of the car. When we returned a while later, Jesse had discovered a loose plastic part was causing the noise, and a couple of screws solved the problem. I cannot imagine how expensive it would have been to use the dealership, or any chain store to hunt for this issue, but Jesse saved us a lot of money, and time. He is also a pleasure to know.
