Closed on Friday at 11 am. Said the wire transfer was sent to our bank at 2pm, however it was never received. Our bank is in California and their cutoff time is 1 pm pacific (3 pm central). If they truly wired the funds at 2 pm central, there shouldn't have been a problem. Then on top of it, the title company handed the keys to the purchaser. So the buyer is moving into our house for which WE HAVE NOT BEEN PAID. Supposedly the title agent will "check again Monday". This was a transaction in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Highly unprofessional. Don't do business here if you actually want to be paid for your transactions.

I will start off by saying that this "business" and it's "employees" have completely soured my view of people within this industry. To say that they are incompetent is a compliment.
The first red flag was when I attempted to wire transfer money for an earnest fee. I was given a portal link which would help me complete this step, all I needed was a verification text message. However, I lost count of how many times the employee typed in my phone number wrong; So this step took a while to complete. I expect people that are handling sensitive information to triple check their work.
The second red flag was the complete unprofessionalism I received in emails. A one worded email is not an acceptable response for the gravity of this type of business transaction. I'm also not sure how many times they hit the send button but I would receive the same email 2-3 times, in a day.
Third red flag came from the lack of internal communication between the entire team. This lack of communication lead to confusion, frustration, stress, and miss management. Whoever is in charge of hiring for this "company" needs to re-evaluate their lack of skills.
And lastly, the property we were looking at was listed as a Townhouse. Our lender confirmed with this "company" that the property was listed correctly and moved forward with the appraisal. 7 days before closing date, our lender is notified by someone from this "company" that the listing was incorrect and it was actually a condo.
I'm not sure how you put a house on the market under the wrong name but somehow they did.
We were notified 3 days before closing that the listing was incorrect, that we were denied a loan due to the incorrect listing, and recently found out we would not be getting our earnest money back because we were expected to make a pretty life changing decision the same day we found out all of the previous information.
In short, this place is a complete joke. Run, and run fast far from these thieves.

I’ve never done a complaint about something but today , is really disrespectful the fact that this company employers had to give the benefit to the other part of this event since they’re both in the same culture , is really disrespectful the way they give customers services &’ pretend they give the correct information “go ask your realtor “ when is a question about their work . &’ specially is very disrespectful taking hard work money from a medium income family for a mistake they have done . To anyone trying to do business with them I’ll suggest to think twice , because their mistakes can cause your money &’ even your contract with a house ! This so sad that we’re 2023 &’ there’s still problem with “technology “ as a human I am l understand people can cause mistake but the way they played us very dirty myself &’ my family is very very disrespectful! I don’t wish bad to none but I do hope this people get stop before they keep hurting more families like they did mines!
