This place had me 3 hours getting the worst customer service ever. An autistic 10yr old child made to talk on a phone instead of his own father. I have recorded how multiple staff for 3hrs treated me and my dad horribly. He was hung up on 14 times and laughed at, degraded as a man, and i at 10yrs old had to watch this from the people who work at this place in dallas texas who had me at 10yrs old enter the conversation and identify myself even me being 10yrs old. That is a violation in itself. I am the only person in the account and im 10yrs old so why choose to have me enter the conversation for when my dad is a grown man and was on the phone with them. Asked for a supervisor and never got to get a supervisor even after 3 whole hours of nothing but the worst inhumane treatment any child and parent could have gotten. My dad was even asking to have a male on the phone for his own safety of not having nothing maliciously done from the staff which were all woman and that wasnt respected instead tooken advantage of and put thru 3hrs on the phone with them making him suffer and i watching him made me even cry. Please someone stop this from happening to us or anyone again please
