Requested a supervisor call me.....was told they were in a meeting and would call within 15 min. That was 4 hrs ago. I just blocked the monthly payment. Maybe that will get their attention. Bad company to do business with.

Terrible put me on hold for over 4 hrs and got roused about information they needed it was faxed went through and they reported they did receive the info sent it 3 more times no response. Deliberate case of insult. Insurance commission now has it in hand.
