I’ll start by saying I had never used a travel agent for any of my trips abroad. My first experience was frustrating— i randomly picked someone online and we went through six or seven revisions of itineraries, and it still wasn’t close to what I was looking for. Communication was only electronic, which made things even more difficult.
At that point, I decided to try someone new and found Brenda Tosso online (Strong Travel Services). That turned out to be the best decision I could have made. After just one conversation, she understood exactly what we wanted for our trip to Italy. She came back with a suggested itinerary, and after a few minor changes, we had everything finalized on the second try.
Brenda’s attention to detail was outstanding. She provided a thorough, easy-to-follow itinerary and connected me to the Strong Travel app, where all of our train tickets, flights, and important documents were organized in one place. She also introduced me via WhatsApp to a local contact in Italy in case we needed anything during the trip.
While we were in Italy, her counterpart checked in with me daily through WhatsApp to make sure everything was going smoothly. We had exceptional tour guides and professional drivers handling all of our transportation, including airport transfers and day trips.
