While starting a new business, I reached out to a half dozen insurance providers, seeking quotes and advice. Four of the companies called me back and one of them was Superior Insurance. I was treated professionally from the very first call and was very impressed with the service that I received. My agent asked me important questions about my insurance needs that ultimately sculpted my police. I had to call the other insurance companies Of the four, Superior was not the lowest price but, I was sold on the service I received. My agent treated me like I treat others and because of that, I have recommended her and Superior to four or five of my colleagues over the past 6 months and will continue to do so for years to come.

It was my first experience with Superior Insurance but Im already looking forward to being their clients in the future. I talked to agent Luke regarding refund problems and some insurance processes. I hate talking to insurance agents sometimes due to their attitudes, but I promise you Luke made my experience so much better, smoothsailing and enjoyable. He explained things in great details, helped me understand problems and even advise me better options WHILE maintaining a calm, kind, helpful tone of voice. I only wish I could directly give him 6/5 stars on survey.

Janice originally took over a policy that another agent wasn't servicing well. After seeing the amount of effort she put into her insurance analysis I moved more coverage over to her agency. They work hard and have an abundant number of high quality insurance companies they work with. An independent insurance broker is the way to go and Janice is the one to use.
