They really deserve no stars and the Third party companies they work with! To sign up peace of cake to cancel a policy there's sooooo many steps to cancel a POLICY everybody is rude and not helpful this is very frustrating and not customer service friendly

Who do I file a compliant with? no point driving 4 hours away to get information when I’ve seen to many comments mentioning no one’s there. Any one got advice on what to do next?

One of the worst companies ever the lady I spoke to has a horrible attitude and they are not willing to take responsibility ever at all. They had two active policies out on my name at the same time I called multiple times to make them aware of this as I was receiving notices and to my old address even after I called twice to update my address, no one did, nothing was ever done. I was billed for the correct policy in August then the wrong on in September. They tried to make me pay a late fee for not paying the correct policy on time when it was their fault I had it set to be debited from my account. Once I called to make them aware no one wanted to assume responsibility they even tried to blame me saying I never called when I did I wrote down dates times and who I spoke to specifically for that reason. Anyways nothing was fixed no one ever cared to try and fix it so I canceled my policy with them and am glad I did! They owe me a refund so let’s see if I get it cause even after calling to update my address and getting a new policy out under my current address they still somehow managed to send my check to the old address! Incompetence at its finest!
