We had been looking for a Maverick Hybrid in Lariat trim and certain colors. After many searches online with north Texas dealers, we located one at Sykora. Texted back and forth to confirm things, set an appointment to come on Saturday last. Arrived at dealership, met the salesperson, Kyle, and took truck for a drive. He was great at explaining features we were unaware of. Negotiated the price and purchased the truck. This was by far the best new car experience we have ever had. No high pressure tactics etc. Met the general manager Ronnie and Trent in Finance and both were great as well. Even though we do not live close to this dealership we will check with them for our next purchase!

I got there about 8:45 am & they had to do a computer scan on my screen in my car. The back camera was causing me to loose my screen. It would stay off sometimes 20 min & sometimes longer & sometimes shorter. They ended up having to do a diagnostic check on it. I got to leave at about 11: 30. So far I have had no trouble with it, so I am a happy camper. Im glad it was still under warranty.
