Jackie Reusser was amazing and really nice to work with for my vehicle loan. I previously used synergy for another vehicle but it had been a few years ago. She helped me with this process from beginning to end. She was very helpful especially with this loan being a purchase out of state. She answered all my questions and reassured me if I had any concerns. I am glad to do business with synergy.

I’ve been a loyal member of this credit union for over 3 years, Adam Garza, their Director of Collections/ Risk Management did not inform me that my monthly car loan payment was short only 0.16 cent which resulted a huge hit on my credit. Says there is nothing he can do but he could have let me know before it hit my credit. I don’t recommend their loans. The service is horrible.
