I'd be weary of this agency. I used them to bundle multiple policies that I paid upfront only to be charged an additional fee 3 months later. Thinking there was a mistake, I was told this fee was due to an add on I signed up for that I know for a fact I did not. When I asked about why I didn't receive a notice about said add on, it was discovered that the agent didn't even have my proper address in the system so I received no notice from agency or insurance company. When I asked to identify the add on in the paperwork I signed, the owner, Dee, could not identify it. Ironically the agent I worked for no longer worked for the company and the owner would not remove the add on. I feel like I was lied to about the price to get my initial business just to add an additional charge 3 months afterwards. The economy is too tight to be charged unexpected fees. Would not recommend shady business practices.
