As a Realtor, I've worked with numerous title companies and Tejas beats them all hands down! They are quick, responsive, personable, and knowledgable. They are now my preferred title company as an agent and I will do business with them every chance I get. As far as for clients, they provide a client experience like I've never seen! Fresh cookies in the lobby, cold drinks in the fridge, sign personalized with the clients' names on the closing table, a fun room for closing photos with photo props and signs, and the signing process is completed in a way where clients have told me they feel comfortable with asking questions and truly understand what they're signing!
