In September, I contacted Tom to provide me a quote for bundled Auto and Home insurance on a new home purchase. After sending all the required info, Tom responded by sending me someone else's Auto Policy detailed quote, and then just never replied at all when I asked him why he sent me someone else's quote. Being an insurance broker seems to be incredibly low effort based job on my experiences. When any customer needs some specific help or policy setup, then it seems it's best for the broker to just ignore and move on to the next generic customer to maximize return on low investment.
