Very rude workers 😭Only the manager is really nice , I only stay with them because it’s the closest bank to me But I do not recommend! The worker tried accusing me of fraud earlier saying I was trying to get money from someone else’s account because she messed up on her end . She never apologized or anything.

It took less than 2 weeks from start to finish and she answered all my questions. It's the first time I ever refinanced a vehicle and Adriana made it so easy and painless. My husband went to the branch to deposit a check to open the account and he said the staff is very friendly.
