I haven't needed the services of a title company that many times in my life - in fact it's been decades - but I was both pleased and impressed with the level of service I received from Texas First Title Company. They were courteous and professional and had all necessary paperwork ready to conclude my land sale. Payment was also prompt. Much appreciated.

I would have loved to have given this company a 5 star review. When I 1st called everybody was so nice I was able to talk to Jackson very quickly but that changed once they got my business. Communication was the biggest problem it was hard to get a response back from anyone the secretary Kelly she would get my emails and forward them to the people but would never let me know that she forward the E mail. Kelly finally told me about Lisa to contact but she didn't give me lisa's contact information. Once I finally made contact with Lisa the communication was not the best but it was much better then before. It doesn't seem like it's a lot of competition there for business so that's probably why they can get away with this.

No communication! Very unprofessional. We did not receive our money from selling our house until 8 days after closing! Our realtor had to call them multiple times to find out what the delay was. Then they LIED about when they sent the payment. HORRIBLE experience.
