If you are at all hesitant, I urge you - pick up the phone and call these guys! Amanda was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond, spent hours on the phone with me, and even consulted the entire team to find the best resources and options for my personal health insurance needs. I was initially stressed and frankly distrustful, but it is abundantly clear that this company is not interested in selling you a policy just to make a buck; they genuinely want you to be taken care of. I have already scheduled my November appointment to go over health insurance options for next year (it's April); they have made a life-long customer out of me. Again, I'd like to shout out to Amanda who is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. She is also respectful, efficient, prompt, and honest. Highly recommend! (Ask for Amanda!!)

Having just gone through the initial process of learning, understanding, and choosing a Medicare, Medigap and Part D RX Plan, I can tell you it can be very intimidating. I work in the healthcare insurance arena and knew just enough to ask questions but not enough to avoid penalties and pitfalls. Texas Medical Plans folks are SO patient and knowledgeable. Valerie was our contact and then worked with someone else during open enrollment. I never felt like I was asking too many questions; they are extremely responsive to my emails; they treated us like we were their only clients! They are quite a seamless team, there for us when we needed them! I would recommend them to those who need their hand held, or if you're just not quite sure you've covered all the bases. Very professional!!
