Jada Calais was a great help. My father passed away and left me over 400 savings bonds. With Jadas help we set up an estate account, and she processed the bonds which took over 4 days. By Jada going above and beyond normal duties I did not have to send off the bonds to the US Treasury. Thank you Jada you are the best.

I went in with my mom to open reopen her account she had with them and McKenna was so sweet and helpful! She explained the three different accounts we could get as well as the prices and terms with them. She explained how the app works, and even showed us tips as well. She also gave us her contact info in case we changed our minds on any options or if we needed help. Thier facility is very clean, and has someone to greet you as soon as you enter, which is nice, because at BOA I get confused on where the line even starts 🙃. The tellers at the drive through lane are pretty quick as well, so I like the new branch more compared to my previous one. All in all, if it's your first time here ask for McKennna as she is nice, and patient, and willing to explain the same thingto you, so that you can have a better understanding.
