I've been a client with TexCap for several years and I truly appreciate how proactive they are with my insurance policies. If I need to file a claim, they help me. If I need to check prices when policies are up for renewal, they've already started checking the market and have options for me in only a couple days with a thorough explanation of the pluses and minuses of each option. If we forget to log into our online account to print insurance cards, they email us copies. They are a pleasure to work with--I feel valued as their client.

If you call for a quote and ask for best prices then Amy, who is a partner, would rather you go to AAA instead of answering questions or getting you a quote. I’m honestly surprised they can keep a company going if you point new clients somewhere else just because they want an explanation of their process. That’s not good service.
