If I could leave no stars I wouldn't worst place to get your taxes !!! They need to at least fired the person that gave my information to someone else now im so upset my money has gone to someone elses account and im left with nothing defently i will be getting a lawyer if this people dont fix it smh!!! Instead of getting a bbl Claudia should get better people to run her business 😞

Be advised. I was charged $500 and taxes weren’t even completed. The business used the excuse of me having IRS problems. It was not true. I called IRS and they did there is no problems. IRS stated to send everything in the mail. Instead I realized this business doesn’t know anything about taxes beyond sending it electronically. There hasn’t been a person knowledgeable enough to do taxes. If your taxes are complicated, they will take your money and blame IRS. We have been calling 3 weeks and showing up and they put my time off and says conflicting word. Beware, they will use any excuse to not complete your taxes at the end . It is a nightmare.

My parents have been coming to this lady every year so i decided to come as well, but this office is very unorganized. I’ve been told multiple times to wait on my taxes because claudia was taking care of it and not once have i spoke to her or got a clear answer. Its been over a month. Everytime i call and leave a msg they never call me back. Not professional at all.
