I wish I could leave no stars. Very disappointed with Texstar Kubota. My equipment was still under warranty, only had 100 hours, yet they refused to stand behind it or make the situation right. What really crossed the line was how I was treated when I tried to address the situation directly. During a phone call, Josh hung up on me rather than working toward a resolution. That level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable especially when a customer is dealing with a warranty issue and simply asking a company to honor it. When you purchase equipment from a dealership like this, you’re not just buying the machine, you’re trusting them to support it when something goes wrong. Texstar Kubota failed on that front. There was no accountability, no effort to help and no concern for maintaining a long-term customer relationship. Especially when we have spent alot of money with them. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience. This is not how customers should be treated and it’s certainly not the standard I would expect from a business representing the Kubota name. I would strongly urge others to think carefully before doing business here.
