Accurate Group sent an appraiser from Ft. Worth area to north Texas. Based on report we received back this individual had no understanding of the market demand or current status of housing prices in N. Texas. Recognizing county assess a higher tax rate than actual value, there is rarely a $65K difference. The value assigned was also $20K less than the average sales price in the area. I would not use them again for an appraisal!!!
