Melissa is a sweetheart. I originally went to one of her seminars at Huntsville Library then I set up an in-home consultation. She walked me through the process of signing up for Social Security and Medicare. She literally signs on with you and helps you complete the process. She is so fast at it since she does it all the time. I may have been able to do it, but she knows her stuff and it made it so much easier and I wasn't questioning myself about doing it right or wrong. She listens to your needs and doesn't try to upsell you on coverage you don't need or want. Would definitely recommend and there is no fee!
