I believe The Baldwin Group and Pivot health are a bunch of crooks. Beware of this organization. They were supposed to activate my health and dental, vision coverage on 9-1-25. With orders to withdrawl on the 1 st of the month. They did not do this ,but tried to take $ out on 30th .They ended up canceling my health coverage and Darious from Baldwin out of Houston TX. said I was still covered. My Daughter tried to get a Dr. appt 2 months later and her health was canceled and never activated. But they continued to charge me for dental and vision. Then Brian George the Supervisor there said it was their mistake but then they recharged me another fee to activate the health coverage. Then they canceled my dental and vision, what a joke!
