Worst ever. I hate this insurance. But all that work has. Can't even get a preventive service done. They say it is surgery. So wrong. So my health and life is nothing to this place. Guess not with my job either.

Terrible coverage with premium pricing. Requires an annual "exemption waiver" if you have other coverage or you're forced to take their insurance. If you don't have other coverage and don't want their overpriced policies, it does not matter, you are forced to purchase. Even upon submitting a waiver and them confirming it's approved (which is absolutely insane that's even a thing), they'll still give you insurance and you'll still pay for it. How nice?
