You can believe all the five star reviews they are legit! Had a wonderful experience getting our insurance which could have been an ultimate nightmare. This is our first home here in Texas so we were unaware of all the additional insurances you need for hurricane winds, rain, hail, etc. It was a bit daunting. Speaking with other agencies some didn't even want to deal with us because we did have water claims on our other properties. Nora was nothing but a bright ray of sunshine on the whole process. She was there throughout the whole time, when we lost the house and then having to retry to get the house a month later she was always polite and you can feel her smile through the phone. She made sure everything was ready to go for us at closing all documents were ready and we had all our questions answered so we knew there would be no surprises. On top of that, their quotes were far less than every other broker we spoke to. Half of them has stated they wouldn't even give us a quote once they found out about our water claims. I cannot recommend the Contreras group enough and we knkw that for our next home purchase or for anything in the future who we're going to call.
