I absolutely love this agency. They have been working with me for about 4 years and they send updated quotes and suggestions annually. Primary home, investment property and auto policy, they do it all. Janie and Teresa have been my go-to agents and I just adore them. Janie helped me over the phone to get my auto changed over and save me almost $500 a month this year. Not only is she friendly she’s knowledgeable and gave me clear expectations of what will happen with over payments and updates etc…. That makes me feel like I can fully trust their expertise. I believe I even get a Christmas card and a birthday email from them every year. What a great group of people!
