I am extremely disappointed and infuriated with how this credit union has handled me and my family’s situation. My vehicle was repossessed yesterday that was originally mine, purchased for me by my pawpaw 3 /4 years ago, who was a loyal member of this credit union making all his payments on time. He has put/ paid $24,000 dollars into my car!!!!!! He bought this car for me so I could have a reliable/ vehicle while going to nursing school. After he passed away 2 months ago, there was no sympathy, compassion, or willingness to work with our family during a difficult time. On top of that, a collections representative attempted to collect more money from my father than what was actually owed from my paw paw that we knew NOTHING about, which felt dishonest and misleading. Apparently we were supposed to know my deceased grandfathers finances including a “cross collateral loan” that we didn’t not know ANYTHING about. This experience has shown a serious lack of integrity. ALSO, the collections lady tried to make us feel like we were bottom low broke people. She told my father (who has been dealing with the credit union) while trying to process a payment that it wasn’t going through and asked if he had a “reloadable Visa card” who says that???? This credit union does not come across as family-oriented or supportive of its members—it appears to care more about money than people. I will be sharing this experience with my family, friends, and others so they are aware before choosing to do business here. Look at this beautiful car that is so sentimental to me bc my pawpaw BOUGHT for me that I’m now losing due to this credit union.

Please DO NOT ever use this credit union they treat their members like trash. Because I didn't get a car with them after my car was total they would not give a regular signature loan and they say it was because of my credit score that is over 600 and because they had to add on insurance policies couple times is they reason why they denied me but when I was looking at getting at new car they were ready to approve a 30k auto loan. I will be closing my account with them and telling any and everybody I know not to bank with them........

Horrible experience. I have had two accounts with this lender that has been closed since 08/2020. paid and closed at that. only to find that on my Equifax credit report this lender is reporting a total of 6 late payments for the year of 2024. 4 on one account and 2 on the other. i have disputed this with the local fcu and Equifax now 7 times and have had no results in getting this fixed. my suggestion do not use this bank for anything. poor customer service. I have zero late payments or negative accounts with any other bank expect this one.
