Exceptional service! After being with multiple insurance companies and not able to find a reasonable rate due to many speeding tickets. I found The Raymond Agency with Goosehead Insurance, they were able to get me the same insurance coverage which was Full coverage and they saved me over $4,800 a year. I now have all my vehicles and my home insured with them. I couldn't have asked for a better insurance company. They put the customer service back into an industry that is starting to lose it's touch. You can't go wrong using them for all your insurance needs.

I purchased auto insurance with Danny Raymond 3 years ago. When I bought a new car the Auto insurance rates went up by $50.00 so I found a better deal. I cancelled my omy insurance on February 28 of this year. On March 6 an auto pay was drafted from my account. I phoned the office and was told the charge was a mistake and that I should stop payment on the Auto draft. Never was I told that I owed this payment and since I was paying in advance I figured it was just a bookkeeping error. I received a bill from Safeco a few weeks later. I called Danny's office and did not get an explanation as to why I was being billed. I requested a billing and payment history be mailed so I could research the payments. Instead of sending me the requested info I was turned over to a collection agent. This is not the way to do business. You speak with Danny only once. After he gets your business you must deal with his unintelligent staff. Do not deal with this guy he is lacking business intelligence and does not know how to treat his customers.

Chris and Danny Raymond are most personable, 'get it done', and knowledgable agents in the indusrty. Quotes the same day and will be honest when comparing plans. I highly recommend Chris..he also gives cooking tips..he is a fabulous cook as well!!
