They have your back. Truly caring customer service. I asked for my insurance information. I had it sent to me before I hung up. The call was less than two minutes long(if that), and it wasn't rushed. It was efficient.

For all the years I have been dealing with them this year so far is the worst. All the past years have been excellent. I called in October and let the lady know I wanted to keep my same health insurance. I did a concent to keep it. Since it wasn't open I was never informed of the new amount. Called 4 times and sent a DM I had questions. No phone call back, nothing. Finally was able to talk to someone today. Well come to find out Since it closed yesterday I'm screwed from coverage for January and it would be activated in February. I already have appointments set up for January that I can't go to or get my medication I need. I would have to pay full price. I can't afford that. I'm so upset. Praying it gets better. Plus I have given out their name and number to a lot of friends. When I was working half of the employees got insurance through them.
