Our business policy has been with the vale group since the start of my policy, I have renewed once and considering not doing so again. While their quote was competitive, and I am happy with my policy provider, the service shown by the vale group lacks custumer service. We made changes to our company, and I appreciate Edgar trying to help but at the same time e-mails have gone unanswered and my business is hurting due to it. I decided to go directly to progressive customer service but given that they are my agents there are certain changes I must complete through them. The only response I am able to get is that their system is down. I would recommend you do your research and consider downtime before selecting an insurance agent.
