So just as a heads up to whomever is looking to deal with these people: in 2020 i gave them my credit card over the phone and the next day my credit card got hacked. I thought it was weird that I got hacked the day after i gave them my credit card info and when I looked at the last time I got hacked, a year ago, i got hacked the same time a year before after I gave them my credit card number for the same insurance policy premium. I called the insurance company direct and they said that no one ever called them to provide my payement. I called the guy Tim Martin and told him about it and he said he would look into it and get back to me. He never did. I emailed him back about it and he ignored me. Can i prove it was them, no. Is it a coincidence that I get hacked after giving them my credit card info a year apart? Is it a coincidence that the guy who runs the place doesn't care enough to get back to me to assure me he isn't guilty when i basically accused him and his staff of stealing my credit card information? I don't know, but I am not giving them my information or business anymore.
