Was in a seller's role on a transaction with them. Absolutely the worst title company I've ever dealt with (me being a real estate investor). It's their standard practice not to respond to emails, I left messages with the receptionist to have the escrow office call me back on multiple occasions - never heard back. Same feedback from the buyer's side. "Express" is a bad joke. Stay away if unless you want to be looking for your escrow officer for every step of the way on your transaction.
