Meka Dixon did a wonderful job moving at warp speed on an 11 day Transaction with a 7 day Option Period. I didn't think any title company could get a transaction with those details to close that quickly but my client did not want to extend so she and her team jumped through what I'm guessing were rings of fire and got it done. I have done hundreds of transactions with this title company over the years and am a licensed broker. Any of the bad reviews I see on here reflect communication issues mostly involved with poor agent handling of their clients concerns prior to getting to the closing table. This title company is as thorough and communicative throughout the closing process as any I have ever dealt with. Two comments stand out especially. One about a person who says their mother was in a fraudulent transaction and they are frustrated that title was not willing to just trust their word (when they are no where on the contract) and the other is about commission discussions. BOTH of those instances are handled by the realtors and or buyers/sellers of the transaction. Title is only a facilitator. Texas Title is the best there is in that case. Highly Recommend Meka, Brenda and the team.
