Terrible rental company. You don’t speak to a physical agent once you pick up your reserved car, you speak to a screen and there’s a live agent. The screen would be super laggy, I could barely understand the dude. Secondly, they try to charge you for a “smoking fee” of $450 even though you don’t smoke. If you wanna save up money, don’t rent from this place and go with another company. Oh and the shuttle driver was rude and sarcastic.

The worst experience in any car rental I have ever experienced. They try to get you with so many hidden fees. And worst part, you are talking to some Indian guy behind a screen via video call. Asked him where he’s from and he hesitated to say Houston. If you are in Houston? Why do you have to be on a video call to make reservations? Stay away.
