1 yr update: review to come I worked with Cody to set up my account and Michelle who manages it. They are busy yet work extremely fast. Im pretty terrible about having last minute urgent requests and they generally make it happen!

not good--been a customer for 15 years --in the middle of my contract the manager decides he is taking no more credit card or debit card payments---only check or check by phone --not a good business decision mr Bruce Nixon--i will be leaving for another more aggressive agency.

very disappointed, they do not do their jobs, we did not know that our insurance was not going to renew, we had to call them 8 days before insurance expired??? no contact from them, now we are without insurance!! lazy agent, do not use!!!!
