Called to file a repair claim for a mutual customer today for a HVAC control switch, plainly covered under her contract. The first guy i spoke to claimed that it was not covered and then i asked for a manager due to him raising his voice over the phone and not allowing me to speak to a manager. After calling back and asking for the manager, he had already said he spoke to the rep that i spoke to and he wasn't going to over rule him. the guy kept telling me he pretty much wrote the manual and would not let me explain the that under the same part number there are two option when getting the part. 1 if the car has single zone air then it is part number XXXXX and it called a HVAC MODE CONTROL SWITCH, and comes without the module. now if the vehicle has the option with dual climate air, then the part number is the same but is then called is called HVAC temperature/ mode control unit because now it does more than just turn the air on and off, hot or cold. The manager would not let me get a word in but kept overspeaking me and saying he's not going to argue with me, at no point was i raising my voice or trying to argue, I simply tried to explain the obvious differences and show why is is a covered part under their contract. I will be advising this customer to cancel this contract and seek reimbursement. Any customer that comes through my shop with this contract, ill advise them to cancel it immediately and purchase a rosemark, or alpha contract. I will be reporting this to the BBB today as well for fraudulent business practices, in regards to selling contracts for $3400.00 and making every excuse to not covered a valid covered part. this place is a scam!! buyers of this product beware.

When I first joined True Auto warranty I thought it was a scam, but I just decided to trust the process. So I paid my fees monthly and got done with the payment without any usage of the warranty. A couple months after I paid the fees my car broke down and the problem was I needed a new transmission. When I called true auto and give them the documentation they asked for they got me a new transmission and now my car is working. All thanks to True Auto for showing up…For ever grateful to have join this warranty service.

Honestly we were very disappointed, we paid our premiums and truly expected to be taken care of when we needed you. We did not expect you to pay for our maintenance charges (oil change etc) but instead we were forced to pay a little over 1/2 of the bill and 1/2 of the rental of the car.
