Even on my most challenging days, when I may be upset, they know how to keep the conversation positive and maintain a friendly attitude when I arrive. I truly appreciate these two women who work there and wish them all the best.

1/5 ⭐️ I would not recommend Tu Casa Insurance in Irving at all. When we first signed up, we were told we were getting a policy that included comprehensive, accident, and collision — basically full coverage. Based on the price we were paying every month, that’s exactly what we thought we had. After reviewing the policy more carefully, we discovered that what Rebecca sold us was not the coverage we requested or were promised. It was completely different from what we were led to believe. On top of that, there was a time when I tried to pay my bill, and Rebecca told me she would call me back that same day to complete the payment. She never did. Because of that, I ended up having to pay a late fee the following month, and she still denies ever making that mistake. I emailed them to cancel my policy a month later, and even after switching to a new insurance company before the next billing cycle, they continue to demand payment — even though I had already paid for the final month. There’s a lot of shaky negotiation, miscommunication, and unprofessional behavior here. I would not recommend this place at all.
