I would give them five stars if I could. They're supposed to be a service to help low-income or unemployed people. I've been asking them to cancel all my insurance policies since 2024. I have dozens of calls and messages telling them I don't want anything, and I supposedly have confirmation that they canceled my insurance. However, I received a tax form, and because of that, I now have to pay a lot of money to the IRS! It's awful that they put people through this and cause them to have debt.
