BEWARE!!!! this title company is a complete dumpster fire, poor leadership, poor communication and completely incompetent!!! I have paid $76,000 for a commercial lot and this title company made some many mistakes that it took 6 months to close for a CASH SALE!!!!! They have also managed to Deed the property to someone else and despite their continued effort they have not managed to correct this mistake!!!!! I have no cash, I have no land and they refuse to accept responsibility for their employees actions!!!! In conclusion STAY AWAY!!!!!

Closed with them on our home purchase and they were supposed to handle the payoffs of several accounts. They drug their feet and didn’t pay them off or contact us about any problems until two weeks later and the accounts became delinquent. They told at closing the payoffs would take place immediately which was not true! Now we are being told they are sending checks to us for us to handle paying off the accounts!
