I was intrigued by the offer of related training. Signed up at a conference and spent the next few months trying to get access to the web site, without success. Other matters became more important so when renewal came up, I canceled. Was approached at a conference and via telephone to sign up/re-new. I declined and noted that the representatives did not seem surprised for my reason. I think that my contacts were all sales folks as they certainly did not have a customer service mindset. My goal is to have two different legal protection providers. This vendor won't be one of those.

While they did help my husband in a legal case brought on by disgruntled deputy they have left our family high and dry in the aftermath. I believe that insurance of this nature is imperative for every owner of firearms i would highly suggest looking into other providers
