I would give zero stars but it isn't an option. My car was hit while parked by a police officer. This company has no idea what is going on and I can not even get ahold of anyone to get help with my claim. Just answer machine after answer machine and never a call back. I'm beyond livid right now! Worst customer service on the planet!

Last year we had insurance through them.They we're nice and affordable.this year they decided to go up on their prices while they reduce their coverage.Its like going to the gas station where you normally pay $40 for a fill up of super unleaded at a full service gas station.Only this year it's no longer full service and you pay $100 for the cheapest gas while you have to pump it your self while they tell you I'm sorry but we have to make up for our losses from the past years do to COVID.Well they can keep there covage because they just lost another customer.Thanks for nothing Speciality Insurance.Maybe we should do the same.Change our prices from $399 for a 2 hour party to $1000 for a 1 hour party.Also we were in business for over 12 years and had 0 claims so why would you penalize us when you should be rewarding us for 12 years of safe operation.?

Worst service. I had to call 3 separate numbers to get to the claims and then they gave me such a hard time to just file a claim.
