I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with the receptionist named Shelby was frustrating enough to warrant one. From the moment I called, she sounded irritated, as if answering basic questions about my policy was an inconvenience. When I arrived in person, things didn’t improve—she barely looked up, spoke in a rushed tone, and acted like I was interrupting her day. For any business, the first point of contact should be someone who actually wants to help. I was very disappointed in the matter I was greeted.

HONEST REVIEW here . I was with USI for almost 2 decades. I paid my dues on time and was never late. Then I need them, they dropped me at the drop of hat. They only care about themselves. NOT THE CUSTOMER. They will use dirty tactics like not sending you a renewal letter. Then come up with FALSE emails saying they send you renewals!!! BEWARE. BEWARE. Most the reviews below me are the one ones from the employees NOT customers
