I called a couple days ago trying to cancel my car insurance because I found a better option for myself, they told me it was canceled just for me to later get a message on my next payment. I made another call asking about why I am paying if they supposedly cancelled my insurance. They then told me they would call me back because the person on the phone was in a meeting, just to not end up calling me back. I came today on a Saturday to talk to them in person. Their hours on a Saturday are from 10am - 2 pm. Got here a little after 10 and no one was there even though the sign said open, i decided to come back at 11:40 to check again and there was still no one. I have called multiple times and no one has answered.
