Eric the owner of Viridian Roofing was beyond helpful with the insurance claim and explained all of the work that needed to be done. He recommended replacing our old roof vents with the Cobra Ridge Vents and what a difference it makes. He also replaced all the rotted decking. 1st class all the way. Besides having a new beautiful roof our house now has proper ventilation. He oversaw the work from start to finish and the result is an absolutely beautiful roof. I never thought much about roofs until now. Sometimes I just sit and stare at it. Superb craftsmanship. I will be recommending Viridian Roofing to everyone.

I contacted Viridian to represent me for a property claim with my insurance at the end of 2023. Eric was flexible with meeting me at the property and was very professional. He seemed knowledgeable and provided a few next steps and walked me through the process. However, after this initial meeting, he never answered any of my calls. I tried leaving voicemails and at least 2 text messages, and no one ever followed up. If the company did not want to represent me, I would have appreciated at least a call out of courtesy so that I didn't waste any more of my time thinking they were interested in working on my claim.
